Over the past five years Ecumenical Women has grown in numbers and strengthened in purpose. We have launched this website, trained over 1,000 women in advocacy for women’s rights, deepened our theological lens on gender justice, and become increasingly strategic in our advocacy at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). Coalition membership has grown to 14 large church and ecumenical organizations.
But we want to do even more. And we need your help.
Our coalition has reached a tipping point. By adding just a few more resources, we will be able to achieve even more, both within our denominations and within the United Nations system.
The proceeds of your donation will assist in bringing faith-based experts to the CSW – particularly those from the Global South. This will strengthen the base of Ecumenical Women, broadening our network and our capacity to execute strategic advocacy at the United Nations and around the world, in our own churches and homes.
Ecumenical Women is poised to become a voice, grounded in faith, for women in the world and in the church. The United Nations needs Ecumenical Women, grassroots women need Ecumenical Women, and our church bodies need Ecumenical Women to continue to challenge the structures of religion and government around the world, in order that they benefit all persons.
If you would like to make a donation to Ecumenical Women, kindly make out your check to “National Council of Churches” and write “Ecumenical Women” in the Memo.

Doy geracias al creador por personas como ustedes que se interesan en el bienestar de las otras personas como lo son los enfermos de VIH que al menos en mi pais sufren de discriminacin social.
